NOUNAA illuminates Gulak Centre with solar street lights

NOUNAA LED donation to Gulak Centre

In a heartwarming display of support, the National Open University of Nigeria Alumni Association (NOUNAA), Adamawa State Chapter, has donated LED solar street lights and poles to the Gulak Community Study Centre of Adamawa State.

The donation, made through the State Chairman, Mr. Peter Milgawa Umar, was aimed at enhancing the centre's infrastructure and provide better lighting for students and staff.

The association also donated N30,000 to facilitate the installation of the street lights, demonstrating their commitment in ensuring the successful implementation of their donation. 

The Centre Director, Mrs. Margaret Yamtu, expressed her gratitude and delight at the gesture, stating that the LED solar street lights will illuminate the study centre at night and create a conducive environment for academic activities.

"This donation will greatly benefit our students and staff, and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of NOUNAA's Executive Committee," she said.
